Like most of the counties in Korea, Uiseong is developing slowly and the population is decreasing steadily. However, Uiseong is a righteous place where the upright citizens, with the spirits of classical scholars, have lived, unchanging since time began.
Although Uiseong has fallen behind, and is underdeveloped compared to other areas, the potential energy is high and there is a great possibility for development in the future.
We are diligent, faithful, and hard-working by nature, and we have lots of work to do for the hometown where we and our descendants will live.
Let’s put our combined effort into make this the best place to live in the 4th Population Election by adding the strength of our 70,000 current citizen, to the strength of the 500,000 people who are scattered around the country, but claim Uiseong as their home town.
